The PGDBA exam is the initial step toward gaining admission to the PGDBA program. This computer-based test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) that must be completed within a 3-hour time limit. The exam is divided into four sections: Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation & Visualization, and Quantitative Aptitude.
Educational Background:
The PGDBA 2024 exam has set a new benchmark for simplicity, earning the title of the easiest paper since the program's inception. With several interesting trends emerging from this year's exam, here's a detailed breakdown:
Applications Surge: This year witnessed 2,400 applications, marking a significant increase from the 1,700 applicants in PGDBA 2023. The rising interest highlights the growing recognition of the program's value.
Here is the section-wise analysis.
The difficulty level of PGDBA 2026 is anticipated to be moderate to challenging. The PGDBA 2024 exam was relatively easy, which made it harder to distinguish candidates with strong maths skills, a crucial factor in the final selection process. A similar situation occurred in 2020.
On the other hand, a highly difficult paper like PGDBA 2023 could deter potential candidates. Therefore, the 2025 exam is likely to resemble the difficulty levels of PGDBA 2022 or PGDBA 2021, striking a balance between accessibility and rigor.
